Candlelight Meditation & Soundbath benefiting The Bond Between Rescue

It's tough out there right now.  We are existing in a world that is becoming increasingly unrecognizable. If you are struggling, you are not alone.  It is ok to acknowledge that you are scared, angry, lonely, or just feeling helpless.  You are not alone and you don't need to be alone.  Eclipse Hot Yoga invites you to a Candlelight Meditation and Sound Bath.

What to expect: Let the soft glow of candlelight create a serene atmosphere as you are gently guided into a deep state of relaxation.  Release the worries of the day and cultivate a sense of peace.  As you drift off, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments.  Align your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive, calm environment.

Why: I.C.E hurts animals too. As individuals are being illegally detained by ICE, animals are often left behind without a plan for continuing care. As shelters rapidly fill, other organizations are stepping in. The Bond Between is actively helping pet owners prepare for potential ICE enforcement actions. They assist by helping to ensure that animals are not abandoned or left behind during detentions, providing a crucial service for families in fear.

This class is free for all, however, if you are able - please consider making a donation.  We will be sending all funds collected to The Bond Between of Minneapolis, MN.

Yoga Therapy Clinic: Diagnosing the Self

This week in Yoga Therapy Clinic we will delve into ways we can more deeply understand the mechanics that drive the physical sensations we experience in our own bodies. As we begin to rethink our ideas about pain, soreness, discomfort, tightness, relaxation and beyond, we will learn to interpret these messages plainly and how to identify the physical manifestations of these messages within our own bodies. So the next time something feels “wonky,” you will have the tools to evaluate and assess your own body and make an informed decision on how to move forward.
