“Monya and Patty are deeply knowledgeable and intentional in their approach, creating an environment where individuals are supported in reaching their goals with both precision and purpose. They also know how to challenge you; they push me, make me sweat, and consistently take me beyond what I think I can do. I look forward to bringing that same energy, accountability, and motivation into my own teaching.”
