Students who want to tighten and finess the arm balances already in their practice
Yoga teachers who want learn how to teach arm balances.
Why take this workshop?
Is an arm balance necessary in your yoga practice? Absolutely not. But arm balances provide an opportunity to challenge your body, learn new ways connect with your practice, and just as important, simply play. Learning how to balance your body in new ways can do wonders for your self esteem. If you can do this, then think of what else you can do.
Workshop is capped to make sure students receive individualized attention and ample opportunity to practice and explore.
