Policy update: NOTE: If you are signed up for a an equipment class (Mat Pilates, GAINS, Barbells, Barre, HeroBoard) and do not show up, you will be a charged a $20 no-show fee. If you are signed up for a class but realize you will not be able to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to class start time. This allows us enough time for us to notify those on the waitlist and for them to make it to class.
