Master Class with John Vitarelli

What is your mind telling you? To give in? To give up?
When we are asked to push beyond our physical limits we must seek the advice of our breath and maintain a helpful attitude. Our breath will guide us through the most challenging of practices. Our attitude will keep us focused and steady. Breath and attitude will certainly benefit our practice but also our lives. A practice carefully guided by the breath and an attitude of pleasantness, curiosity and ownership is masterful. Yes, you will be challenged. You may not have the ability to do all the postures I will ask of you. Hell, I cannot do some of the postures I will ask of you! But, breath and attitude are the means to advancement.

Unseen Flow

Find true alignment from the inside out. Join us for a unique Blindfolded Yoga Experience designed to heighten your senses and deepen your practice. In a traditional class, we rely heavily on drishti, our external gazing point, to navigate balance, alignment, and for comparison. But what happens when that external drishti is taken inward? By removing your sight, you shift from how a pose looks to how a pose feels. Tap into your intuition, sharpen your proprioception, and discover a profound sense of presence.
This class will not be heated.

Candlelight Meditation & Soundbath benefiting The Bond Between Rescue

It's tough out there right now.  We are existing in a world that is becoming increasingly unrecognizable. If you are struggling, you are not alone.  It is ok to acknowledge that you are scared, angry, lonely, or just feeling helpless.  You are not alone and you don't need to be alone.  Eclipse Hot Yoga invites you to a Candlelight Meditation and Sound Bath.

What to expect: Let the soft glow of candlelight create a serene atmosphere as you are gently guided into a deep state of relaxation.  Release the worries of the day and cultivate a sense of peace.  As you drift off, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments.  Align your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive, calm environment.

Why: I.C.E hurts animals too. As individuals are being illegally detained by ICE, animals are often left behind without a plan for continuing care. As shelters rapidly fill, other organizations are stepping in. The Bond Between is actively helping pet owners prepare for potential ICE enforcement actions. They assist by helping to ensure that animals are not abandoned or left behind during detentions, providing a crucial service for families in fear.

This class is free for all, however, if you are able - please consider making a donation.  We will be sending all funds collected to The Bond Between of Minneapolis, MN.
