It's tough out there right now. We are existing in a world that is becoming increasingly unrecognizable. If you are struggling, you are not alone. It is ok to acknowledge that you are scared, angry, lonely, or just feeling helpless. You are not alone and you don't need to be alone. Eclipse Hot Yoga invites you to a Candlelight Meditation and Sound Bath.
What to expect: Let the soft glow of candlelight create a serene atmosphere as you are gently guided into a deep state of relaxation. Release the worries of the day and cultivate a sense of peace. As you drift off, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments. Why: I.C.E hurts animals too. As individuals are being illegally detained by ICE, animals are often left behind without a plan for continuing care.
