Cold Salt Water Immersion

We’ll prepare you for the plunge with some vigorous movement and teach you how to breathe in a way that will help you master control of your sympathetic nervous system, so that once you’re in the water, you remain calm, and in control. We are there with you, talking you through each step, helping you maintain your breath and making sure you see the amazing things you’re capable of. When it’s over, you will feel renewed, energized and yet calm. Time and time again, participants report feeling invigorated, pain-free and having the best sleep of their life.
